Frédéric BONNETAIN's cooking is based on regional products and on fish specialities. The wine list includes not only all the wines of Burgundy but also the wines of other regions of France.

In the different menus (18 €, 26 €, 32 €, 29,50 € and 39,50 €) we offer:
