The cook

Frédéric Bonnetain the young chef was taught in Mâcon. He travelled accross France from South East to South West (Bordeaux and Mimizan) and to Alsace (Strasbourg). He spent some time in Switzerland and Belgium and developed his own methods through his training.

He cooks both traditional and modern recipes.
